Raúl A. Carrillo, Sr. (“Senior”) is the firm’s office manager and controller. He brings more than forty (40) years of management experience to the firm, and is instrumental in addressing the financial goals of the firm and the firm’s clientele. Senior is bilingual, and his fluency in the Spanish language makes him a frequent participant in settlement facilitations and client interviews.

Deena Vallejos is a litigation and trial paralegal, as well as the firm’s staff administrator. She has worked in the legal field since 1999 and has been with the Carrillo Law Firm since 2006, after having previously served as Mr. Carrillo’s assistant and primary staff member from 1999 through 2002. She earned her Associate of Occupational Business (meritorious) from Doña Ana Branch Community College in 1999, completed the Paralegal Certificate Course through the University of Texas at El Paso in 2000, and earned her Bachelor of Business Administration (cum laude) from New Mexico State University in 2005. Deena is also a member of the Paralegal Division of the State Bar of New Mexico where she continues her legal education by attending a variety of classes and seminars each year.

Elisa Romero is a litigation and trial paralegal.  She has worked in the legal field since 1981, and has been with the Carrillo Law Firm since May 2007. She is a graduate of Valley Business College. Elisa also completed the Legal Secretary Course through Doña Ana Branch Community College, and completed the Paralegal Certificate Course through the University of Texas at El Paso.  Elisa has also attended many other courses, such as the NALA Certified Paralegal Short Course in Glendale, CA.  Elisa is bilingual.

Daniel Carrillo is a Law Clerk.  He joined the Carrillo Law Firm in December 2015. He completed the Paralegal Certificate Course through the University of Texas at El Paso in 2016, received his Bachelor of Arts in English from New Mexico State University in May 2020, and graduated from Mitchell Hamline School of Law in May 2023.
