Since opening in May of 2007 our firm has been a small and highly efficient group of litigators and transaction attorneys concentrating on insurance defense, civil rights defense, employment defense, business, commercial and real estate litigation, and select plaintiffs’ litigation. We are now pleased to announce the merger of Daniel D. James, who brings to the firm his background in real estate transactions and litigation, probate, construction and contractor matters, general contract matters and litigation, and civil rights and employment discrimination litigation. Daniel joins Raúl A. Carrillo, Jr., the firm’s founder and lead litigator, and Karen Wootton, Senior Attorney and business lawyer, as we continue to broaden the law firm’s depth and expertise.
